By accessing and using Saltarix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
Saltarix operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. Credits are purchased via our payment processor (Paystack) and are non-refundable once used. Credits have no real-world cash value outside the Platform. We reserve the right to modify the credit cost of specific tools at any time, though prior notice will be provided where possible.
You agree to use Saltarix solely for lawful B2B marketing and SEO purposes. You shall not use the Platform to generate spam, malicious code, or content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Platform, including all AI-generated content and search data, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Saltarix makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or ranking improvements resulting from the use of our tools.
In no event shall Saltarix, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
